Percy Brown Ltd has carried out many refurbishments to many homes and apartments over the years. Refurbishments are often carried out when people extend their homes but we are often asked to refurbish houses which have been bought in a dilapidated state and we are asked to bring them a new lease of life.
We have recently successfully completed the refurbishment of 3 apartments in the centre of Sudbury above a grade II listed leasehold commercial premises which is now occupied by Ipswich Building Society.
We are presently refurbishing and project managing a Grade II listed coach house into a home in Suffolk for a client.

Percy Brown Ltd are specialists in the restoration, repair and maintenance of traditional timber sash windows, frames and doors.
We use a repair care system that costs the client a small fraction of the cost of replacing with new purpose made windows. The system also allows for planned maintenance and prevention works to reduce wood decay in the future. There is no need in most cases to replace expensive purpose made windows.
Repairing your existing timber windows saves the cost of:
• Replacing expensive purpose made sashes
• Glazing
• Work in connection with removing and fitting new windows including plastering and decorations.
• No cost of removing existing windows to waste disposal centres.
